# Publish a campaign

> Step two of two. Persists the reviewed spec and runs it against the provider: creates the list, pushes leads, builds the sequence, and sets the schedule.

Publishing stages everything but stops short of sending. The campaign lands in `awaiting_launch`, and a human has to call the launch endpoint to go live.
