# Account Settings

> Profile, workspace, team, export policy, and platform access

Open Account Settings from your name at the bottom of the sidebar (`/settings`).

## Access is invite-only

Revcenter has no public signup. Accounts are created exclusively through workspace
invitations — an admin invites an email from the Team tab, the recipient follows the
emailed link and verifies with a one-time code. A sign-in attempt from an email with
no pending invitation is rejected. Sign-in itself is passwordless: existing users
request a magic link from the login page.

## The tabs

| Tab                | What it covers                                                                                                                                    |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **General**        | Workspace name and export policy: allow/disallow single and bulk exports for members, and optionally restrict exports to leads with contact info. |
| **Profile**        | Your name and email.                                                                                                                              |
| **Team**           | Members and roles, pending invitations, invite by email. Admin/member roles control who can run searches, campaigns, and exports.                 |
| **Do-Not-Contact** | Exclusion rules — companies and countries that must never appear in results or exports.                                                           |

## Admin pages (sidebar → Admin)

* **Credentials** — add, rotate, and deactivate API keys (Serper, HarvestAPI,
  Anthropic, Prospeo, Smartlead, HeyReach). Keys are encrypted at rest; database
  keys take effect immediately and win over environment configuration. See

* **Gates** — per-stage approval behavior for scans (auto-approve vs. require
  approval).
* **Tenants** (Revcenter team only) — workspace provisioning and the dev workspace
  switcher.

## Frozen accounts

An administrator can freeze an account: the user can still sign in, but the entire
app is view-disabled with a banner until unfrozen.
