/campaigns) turns past searches into outreach. The LLM only ever drafts
the plan; every API call against Smartlead or HeyReach is a fixed, ordered step shown
in a live ledger.
Building a campaign
- Pick lead sources — one or more completed searches; leads are deduped across them.
- Describe the campaign — platform, volume, schedule, tone (“HeyReach, 20 leads/day, weekdays 9–5 Detroit time, friendly 3-step sequence…”). The model selector (Haiku/Sonnet/Opus) sets copywriting strength.
- Review the plan — platform, schedule, eligible-lead counts, preflight issues (missing API keys, no connected senders, no eligible contacts), and the full copy.
You control the copy — three ways
- Verbatim: paste your own copy in the prompt (“use this exact message: …”) — it’s used exactly, never rewritten; the model only writes steps you left unwritten.
- Edit before publish: the connection note (with 280-character counter) and every step message in the preview are editable. What you see is what publishes.
- Skip copy here entirely: Push list only creates a HeyReach list with the selected leads and no campaign — build the sequence in HeyReach’s own builder.
