A mandate names a role, a place and what the person must have done. Revcenter turns that into one search and a scored slate.
  1. Write criteria that filter. Titles and their synonyms in title_variants, the place in metro (or allowed_metros), seniority, years and current industries. These narrow who is read before anything is spent. See criteria.
  2. Name what must be evidenced. Certifications and licenses go in must_have, each one short.
  3. Run one search in a project for the mandate. It uses 1 shortlist credit and finishes as Shortlist ready, Poor yield or No results.
  4. Refine for free. Preview a lower cut-off or new weights, and search your workspace’s own candidates again, before spending on an expansion.
  5. Hand the slate over as a CSV with every person’s full profile.
