Re-score a search
Score everyone a search already read again, under the requirements in force, and move the shortlist to match: the app’s Re-score everyone. For a search whose run stopped before it scored everyone it read (the profiles are bought; they only need scoring), or to bring its list up to date. Buys nothing and changes no requirement: to change the cut-off, weights or requirements as well, use apply_scoring. Refused with 409 search_running while a pass on the search is still running. Re-scores the people already found. Does not use credits.
