Agents: the full documentation index is at /llms.txt.Write your request the way you would brief a sourcer. Revcenter reads it, shows you the plan, and you can change anything in the plan before the search starts. Everything in a request does one of two jobs:
- Filters decide who is searched. They are applied before anything is paid for, so a good filter saves credits.
- Ranking decides how people are scored once their profiles are read. It never removes anyone on its own; it moves people up or down the list.

Tips that improve results
- Name the titles yourself. Three to ten titles people really hold beat one vague title.
- Give years as a range. “5 to 10 years” ranks better than “senior”.
- Use metro-level locations. “Chicago” or “Dallas–Fort Worth” finds more people than a neighborhood or a region like “the Midwest”.
- Name 3 to 10 employers when you know them. Named companies are matched to the companies themselves; descriptions like “top firms” can only be guessed at.
- Keep requirements short. “PMP”, “data center construction”, “Procore”. Put the story in the description.
- Use a title rule for precision and profile keywords for reach. Profile keywords find people whose titles do not say the specialty but whose experience does; combine both for niche roles.
- Use a title rule for precision, not reach.
"Project Manager" AND ("Data Center" OR "Mission Critical")in Chicago found 24 people, 23 of them exactly right, where a plain title list matched about 14,000. When the field is not in people’s titles (a Quality Manager at an injection-molding plant), use employers or the current employer’s industry instead. - Name the words you want to leave out. NOT only removes titles that contain those words: for an Operations
Manager,
NOT (Revenue OR Marketing OR IT OR Legal). - Review and edit the plan before starting. The plan shows the titles, location, level and experience that narrow the search, and the requirements and skills that rank it. Change anything there, then start the search.
